i cannot go to school today

mood: sickly
music: gore verbinski stuck in my head
CPCetc: wooo... dizzy

I made the executive decision this morning and decided to skip class. Basically, I felt like the cat had clawed up my throat, everything went swirly when I stood up and giant monkey!Andy Serkis was squishing my head. And as much as I love Andy, I had no interest in taking him to school with me. That, and today's a better day to skip than tomorrow. All I had today of really grave academic importance was a lecture to teach in AP Wang and Lord knows Walker has rescheduled me enough times to get used to it. Besides, we start Pirates blocking tomorrow and I give anything in the world to mock dearest Frederick. Ah, memories.

Man. I wish I was a frickin' pirate.

So, Cece-darling, that's why I didn't get my book to you today. I'm really, really sorry about that. I was going to phone you, but I didn't have your mobile number and I don't think your Da would be too keen on me ringing you at quarter-to seven. Also, I passed out before I could. I'm so sorry, love. Did things work out okay?

Anyway, I'll be staying in tonight, maybe poking at consumer economics if the fit takes me. Hard to say, really. Right now, though, I'm hopped up on hot tea and extra-strength Tylenol (which we have! That's never happened before! It makes Mum hallucinate!). I've been watching Orlando Bloom films all day. You know, as much as I hate his acting, I'm rather fond of the films he does. Pirates is hillarious, and Rings was brilliant, of course. I wasn't nearly as ashamed of Kingdom of Heaven as Paige promised me I'd be. Of course, there is that extra-strength Tylenol to remember. The likelihood of that being a factor is incredibly great. I think Troy's going to be next. I took the liberty of opening our copy since no one else has. I'm sure I'll be disgusted and outraged with the contents. Ah well. At least my curiosity will be cured. Or stuffed. Or whatever word is supposed to go in that phrase.

Mmmmm... Fuzzy brains.
