rant (skip at your leisure)

mood: irritated
music: library at one
CPCetc: for serious, guys. for. serious.

Why the hell can't people just talk to each other occasionally? Not about stupid things, like gossip and sports and shite, but important things?? Okay, here's how it goes: if someone's significant other is cheating on them, they have the right to know! And if you know, you should tell them! None of this 'it's not my place' shite! That's SHITE! A person deserves to know those kinds of things and they deserve to hear about it from someone who honestly cares about them! If they're being ridiculed by the greater populace, that's not cool! No one deserves that! HONESTY IS A WONDERFUL INSTITUTION!

Maybe I just don't understand this because I really don't do it. Yeah, there are things about my life that not everyone knows, things that happened to me a long time ago that I really don't feel like sharing. But if they directly affect you, chances are you know them. It's just...it's a good idea. Nothing works when you hide things. I don't care if you guys think I'm a hypocrite for saying that, but it is true.

I just...I think that if you really care about someone, you should tell them things that are important. I don't have many secrets, and the people that matter when it comes to knowing them either all-ready know about them or are very soon to. And, honestly, if I was sleeping around, I'd want you to tell Marion! I'd want her to know that! And if any of you were in situations where someone was fucking you up and I knew about it, I'd let you know!

I don't like conflict. I want people to be happy. But you can't be happy when you're being lied to. Not really anyway.
